Edmonton gets a bad rap. Nicknames like “Deadmonton”, “Dirt City”… a thing of the past. We’re reclaiming ourselves baby. Maybe we’re not the glam, hot body babe that initially entices you like some of the other big Canadian cities. Edmonton is more like the dressed down, kind of mysterious one. The more you get to know them, the more you want to hang and then you quickly find out, they're actually pretty damn cool.
If you want to get down and dirty with the best of Edmonton (in our opinion), we know you’ll love it as a destination or maybe you’ll even go as far as to snag a “Still in Edmonton” T shirt and decide your going to stay awhile.

Getting Around
Edmonton, historically, has been more of a city for drivers, but in the last few years our infrastructure and accessibility to different modes of locomotion has exploded. (like, we even have a funicular…)
No car, no problems.
We are located just one block off the NEW Edmonton Vally Line LRT + major bus routes. Uber and Communauto are available year round and, if you are here during our summer months, Lime and Bird scooters + bikes are scattered throughout the city centre for your ease.
Eat + Drink Your Way Through YEG
If you are anything like us, you travel on your stomach. Edmonton’s local food scene is coming to life and we have all of our favs handpicked for your consumption pleasure.
Some of our favourites are located right in our hood. The rest are just a quick commute to the bustling Whyte Ave district and Downtown core. Whatever you’re craving, our diverse culinary landscape + drink culture is sure to make you salivate.
Best of Edmonton Activities
If there is one thing about Edmonton that is certain, it’s that there is no lack of activities to get yourself emerged in. Between our extensive list of festivals, our incredible river valley system, stunning museums, and our local arts and music scene, etc. there is definitely no shortage.
Trust us, if someone says Edmonton is boring…it’s probably because they are boring.
